Dietzgen does source products from all over the world. We have been and will continue to work together with our manufacturing partners to monitor any impact to the supply chain that might cause an interruption or delay. As you are aware, the entire global supply chain has been impacted due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, which has led to large-scale disruption in marine container shipping services. While it is more difficult to confirm available logistics and delivery dates at this time, we believe our global manufacturing and logistics capabilities will keep us well positioned to work through these challenges.

   Let Dietzgen drop ship to your customers and avoid the 51lb shipping surcharges. Effective immediately, there will be NO 51lb surcharges when shipping 36x500 2 rolls/Ctn (430C36L) from Dietzgen warehouses.
2. 36” x 475’ Roll Option
   Dietzgen has developed a new sku – 36”x475’ 2 rolls/Ctn (430C36475) that is under 51lb. This sku is designed for customers that want to reship and avoid the 51lb shipping surcharges.

Effective Jan 1, 2020, Dietzgen is discontinuing the dealer channel supporting the Museo Fine Art product line. We can assure you we did not come to this decision lightly. We stand behind our customers and the dealer channel that has been a part of Museo for the past 25 years. Museo products will continue to be offered through a direct ecommerce sales model that best supports the customer and provides the required engagement and experience. The typical Museo customer is a small business or home user. We have found the dealer channel has not been a successful path to reach, engage and grow this market segment. Magic will continue to offer it’s Fine Art products through the existing dealer channel.
